Dr. Douglas A. Rust is a Portland native, and he went to Portland State University to get his undergraduate degree in 1973. He also graduated from Oregon Health and Science University Dental School in 1980. Dr. Rust is in his fourth decade of caring for patients in the Beaverton and now Lake Oswego area.
In his youth, Dr. Rust wanted to be a dentist because he loved helping people, and he wanted to make a career out of it. At OHSU, he was privileged to work with exceptional teachers and mentors who stressed the importance of careful service and also excellence in dentistry.

Dana is an Oregon native, with an assisting degree from Pacific Community College. Dana loves spending time with her husband watching her two sons compete in wrestling, baseball and basketball. They love to travel to Sunriver in the off-season. She has been working with Dr. Rust for almost 20 years!
Judith was born in Mexico and moved to Oregon in 1995. She is bilingual in Spanish and a huge help to all of us at Paradigm Dental. She enjoys visiting new places in Oregon with her family, especially the beach. She has three daughters and a son who is traveling the world with the Marines.
Kelly is an Oregon native, growing up in Ashland and attending college at the University of Oregon. Before entering the dental world, she was and elementary school teacher for 13 years. She enjoys running with her husband, traveling and all thinks Oregon Ducks during her time off. She has three teenage daughters, three cats and an Aussie that keep her very busy! She is the tallest female in the office at a towering 5’4”.
